Ayurveda is the complete mind, body, spirit approach to living well. When you take this approach you see how every action you make influences your experience. You see how everything in life is a dynamic dance with nature’s rhythms, either flowing in rhythm with or out of sync with those rhythms.
Developing a good relationship with these rhythms is the beginning. The dinacharya practices I explain in this episode become your roadmap, opening yourself up to your vitality while learning what works well and what doesn’t.
This is what I call Embodied Awakening. It is the awakening to your deeply sourced energy by embodying, that means doing what you need to thrive. This process is continual and cleans the layers of your self so you can become a cleaner expression of universal consciousness.
