What’s your relationship to stress?

No doubt life can be stressful. But when you take the time to learn how to breathe well and be centered in your heart, it becomes bit easier. I am sharing my personal favorite breath/meditation practice to make stressful times a bit easier to navigate. With time and consistent practice, the meditation/breathing practice helps you enter into life with heart centered presence.
