A dance in the infinite

There are countless forces pulling you out of balance. These forces challenge your emotions, create dissonance between your heart and your mind. These forces pull you out of sync with nature causing physical distress, wearing you out on all levels. It doesn’t have to be like that.

A dance in the infinite. How meditative experiences help align me to my truth and help me express myself without holding back.

Meditation is more of an experience than a practice. A state of surrender and understanding. The practice however creates the possibility of this experience, guiding the practitioner into this experience of meditation.

So what is the practice?

The implementation of new beliefs which facilitate freedom from the personal experience. The i am experience attached to the entrained beliefs of being separate from nature.

The implementing of the new beliefs which see oneself as part of the whole. The practice of embracing the human experience as part of nature, rather than separate from or higher than nature.

For me meditation is not transcending being human, but the full embodiment of that and using the timeless wisdom of nature, sensation, and perception as the guidance into embodiment.

-Observing my thought patterns and beliefs, choosing and implementing new beliefs. Our common underlying experience is peace, happiness, equanimity. However our thoughts and beliefs tend to separate ourselves and isolate ourselves from that underlying happiness and peace.

-I get asked a lot how are you. And I generally answer, I am great. So I am questioning if I really can be great even amongst a hardship, a difficult experience, a loss. And what I have realized is that when each emotion and experience is filtered through my mind it accumulates a residue of my belief about what is happening. Through practice of observing these systems of the mind, I catch a glimpse of that underlying tone of peace and happiness. It is a glimpse into the infinite support of nature. 

So remember to shine your light, dance your dance, say and do what you need to say and do to express yourself. These are the gateways into the infinite. Nature moving through you. The cosmic dance of creation. Get out of the mind and into your heart. You might just catch a glimpse of that peace and happiness within.
