Today I am talking about fasting and how it has helped me grow and adapt to life.

Mental resilience. This is how we as a species developed. We didn’t have access to food all the time. Which is why when you do fast, people often begin to have heightened cognitive performance

Ability to become more sensitive with consciousness and energy

Improved my gut health. Digestion takes up a lot of energy, and when that energy can be used somewhere else, really cool things begin to happen.
