Today I am talking about fasting and how it has helped me grow and adapt to life. 

Here are the main ways it has helped me.

  • Adaptability in the body

  • Mental resilience. This is how we as a species developed. We didn’t have access to food all the time. Which is why when you do fast, people often begin to have heightened cognitive performance

  • Ability to become more sensitive with consciousness and energy

  • Improved my gut health. Digestion takes up a lot of energy, and when that energy can be used somewhere else, really cool things begin to happen.

  • Clear and just better feeling skin.
