The exhale of the body which governs the downward flow of energy. It is related to the elimination of what you no longer need.
This week I am inviting practitioners to connect and sense the subtle flow of apana vayu in their yoga asana practice.
I am also inviting practitioners to see notice the importance of their behaviors and lifestyle, and how each choice influences the whole experience of life.
With a healthy downward flow of energy, one can ground deeply into their body, their experience on the mat, and into deeper states of connection with others.
This is understood by what one eats, drinks and how it supports the elimination, yes bowel movement or how it hinders this flow.
