Today I am talking about a seasonal mindset and perspective shift.
Life is always changing, it is how we respond to this change that shapes our experience.
These challenges are what allow the mind to become flexible and more adaptable. That is if we are open to embrace the changing nature of reality.
I invite you to ask a question.
What do you love about someone or something?
Choose just one. Write it down and explore in your meditations over the next week or so. How does it make you feel?
This is the unearthing of mental tendencies, to see something as challenging, taxing, depleting, and what may be wrong with this person or thing. Into what is working, how does it support you, what does it fuel you with and how does it bring you joy?
For the outside space, that being your dwelling, where you live, what can you clean and what can you move to facilitate this mental and perspective shift. Alot of the time it is easier to push things under the rug than it is to move or clear the one thing that may be in the way. So give yourself the opportunity to that now.
A clear space helps facilitate a clear mind.
