How often are you stuffing your face? Digestion and meal spacing from Ayurveda.

How often do you find yourself stufing your face? Digestion is key for a healthy long life and Ayurveda has a great way of looking at digestion.

Key points from Ayurveda to optimize your digestion.

Meal spacing to activate the digestive fire.

Consuming a lighter and earlier dinner to enrich sleep. (lighter dinner! not under nourishing yourself!)

There are many layers to digestion, from emotions, experiences and food you receive, everything needs to be processed, assimilated and released.

Meal spacing allows your matabolism to become flexible, ability to switch fuel sources and burn through old toxins stored in the deeper tissues of your body.

These toxins can include stored emotions, old patterns, beleifs, along with environmental toxins.

Give yourself time between meals to be ready to receive your next meal. I mean really ready. Feeling hunger is a powerful sensation.

Explore what it feels like and invite curiosity to try something new. Challenge youself to do something different.

If you would like to explore this deeper with me, sign up for a free wellness workshop.

Remember to enjoy the process of doing something new. Life is too short to not have the energy you are meant to and to limit yourself to behaviors that don’t support your growth!

Much love,
