We are now in the perhaps the most important transition of the year. In the Northern hemisphere we are exiting the winter and entering the spring, of course it will be a slow transition but it is happening never the less. Are you ready for it? I am ready for the longer days, lighter food and warm sunshine. Just look at the flowers and take their advice, as they begin to bloom they allow their inner beauty out. They show what they have to offer without holding back, and either should you.

Here are 3 easy tips that will help you open up and harness the transition.

It helps us as a living being on this planet to connect to and honor these rhythms as our ancestors have been doing for millennia. It is these rhythms that help and support us as we open up to our path of purpose, our dharma, so we can contribute to our community what it is we have to offer.

Certainty closes the door to possibility.

Uncertainty and curiosity are the antidotes.

Spring is a great time to reflect and let go of the winter to make room for the new experiences. Here are a few questions to invite into your self inquiry practice and meditation that help wit the transition and to open up to your path to purpose. Curiosity helps open up to what is possible and believe me, anything is possible.

What is it that I have to offer?

How do I desire to feel?

What conversations do I desire to have?

Are my actions aligned with my desires?

These questions are meant to inspire you to see where there is room to grow. I believe if we stop learning, then we stop growing and limit we limit how we are able to impact our community.
